Jurong Lake transformed into new watersports haven
SINGAPORE : Jurong is undergoing a major transformation -- the opening of Jurong Lake Park on Saturday marks its move to becoming the place for water and park recreational activities as well.
A 2.8 kilometre water promenade along Jurong Lake Park is the new home for watersports like kayaking for residents.

Here, students, the elderly and even the disabled can look forward to adventure camps and courses conducted by the People's Association. Food and bicycle-rental kiosks will also be set up at the park soon.
